Inure本身含义比较笼统，在具体情形下，可以有特定的含义，比如：

这个例子跟上边那个通行权的比较像，也说明老外在一定的上下文中，用inure这个笼统的词来表示具体的意思。

因此，我觉得直接翻译成“有效”更符合条款的旨意，让人一看就明白，是讲合同效力范围。

转让条款中inure的翻译可以模糊处理，不涉及具体意思的追究，所以不必像知识产权条款那样纠结。

知识产权条款中的inure则不太好处理。如果通过上下文明白当时具体所指，比如上述通行权、遗嘱 的情形，则可以意译。否则，还是模糊处理吧。
